Distribuidora Mexifrutas S.A. de C.V., commercially known as FRUTMEX (hereinafter, "the Controller"), with address in Loma Bonita, Oaxaca, Mexico, in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines, makes the following Privacy Notice available to you.
1. Personal data we collect
We collect the following personal data when you contact us through the website form, email, WhatsApp or any other means:
• Identification data: full name, company, country.
• Contact data: email, phone number.
• Commercial data: customer or grower type, commercial requirements and any messages you voluntarily share with us.
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
2. Primary purposes of data processing
Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes, necessary for the commercial relationship:
• Address, evaluate and follow up on your quote, information or contact request.
• Generate and manage internal commercial records.
• Coordinate the delivery of products, commercial proposals or technical documentation.
• Comply with applicable legal, tax and contractual obligations.
3. Secondary purposes
Additionally, we may use your data for secondary purposes that are not essential to the commercial relationship:

4. ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object (ARCO Rights) to the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke the consent granted.
To exercise any of these rights, send a request to privacidad@frutmex.com.mx including: (i) full name and contact method, (ii) clear description of the right you wish to exercise, (iii) valid official ID and (iv) any element that helps locate your data.
The Controller will respond to your request within 20 business days.
5. Data transfers
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided by Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, as well as in cases where the transfer is necessary to comply with obligations arising from the commercial relationship.
7. Modifications to the Privacy Notice
The Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time. Updates will be published on this same page indicating the date of the last modification.
